Society For the Promotion of Fannish Interests, Inc. is a California non-profit corporation recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service. SPFII organizes science fiction conventions and other functions to promote and develop science fiction and fantasy art and literature.
